  This department are just thieves point blank!! They write you a citación, and if you contest to fight it, they make sure you will loose at the end; so they can charge you the ticket $200 plus $75 dollars court cost and an absurd $500 dollars of fees?? Of WHAT??? And if you don't pay within 30 days! Then: we will put a lien in your property!! A house!! 30 days to pay almost $800 or loose your house!! THIEVES THIEVES!!
