    This is the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel. Alma at the front desk ruined this experience , customer service here is horrible. They ruin your experience , they greet you like they’re being forced to. I had a room service lady bump into me without saying anything. Parking is extra each day oh yeah they charged us without notice. Save your money and go somewhere else
