  My family was in search of a good and reliable car for our new teenage driver in the house. After doing some research, we concluded that a Jeep would be a good fit for our family. We came to Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and were received by Mark Chapman, sales person, who was jovial and very helpful. He did not hesitate in meeting our needs by answering all questions and showing us different models and options. When it came to negotiating, Mark Chapman and Rene Tejeda, Sales Manager made us feel comfortable with the way they handled the dreaded negotiation process and we were able to agree upon a price that suit us. All in all, we had a pleasant and satisfying experience and one happy 16 year old.
