  Extremely unprofessional. As I was getting to the office, literally two minutes away they called to notify me that they had to cancel the appointment. This is after leaving work early and having to pay a sitter to pick up the kids from school. When I asked to reschedule, they were unable to accommodate. Extremely unprofessional and shows lack of care towards costumers.
