  I never leave reviews... but this shop is a complete joke... from the beginning the guy Steve was not very helpful.. guy hasn't smiled in his life... long story short he told me he needed to order a part and would be probably the next day... I left a $100 deposit and never heard from them again... I called 30 times during the past 2 weeks... most of the time they don't answer .. if they did they said they didn't know what I was talking about and the guy "Steve" would call me back shortly.. haha yea never happened ever.... do not go here... the WORST shop in Miami ... completely incompetent ... currently disputing charges with my bank ... don't waste your time !!!!

  They were very friendly and helpful and they always go above and beyond. The technicians are very knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions. They are the go to place for any a/c work hands down.
