  We rented a car from your organization this past June, on 06/10/17 to 06/14/17. We were charged $245.85 for the rental, with the $150.00 security deposit included. We returned the vehicle in good condition, and were original told by the teller that will have our $150.00 deposit returned to us. But it has been nearly a month and we have not yet received our $150.00 back!
  
  The customer service lady over the phone was not at all helpful, and she repeatedly insisted we check our bank balance. We have checked, and have not seen our $150.
  
  Unless we get our deposit back, we will not return and conduct business with this company again, as well as not offer our recommendation to you!
