  Made an appointment online specifying a transmission fluid change, was confirmed, got to the shop and was told they do not do transmission fluid changes. Was told to call another shop 20 minutes away only to be told they would not do a transmission fluid change because I had gone 68 miles over their manager's "limit." Waste of my time.

  The service manager is a souless unfriendly dude only interested in selling product: my case tires. Refused to fix a puncture offering a lame reason about tirewall BS. Refused to replace my flat tire with a my spare. Only focused on selling me tires immediately. I wanted OEM tires which they needed to order, but since refused to put spare on, hadnk choice but to buy their offered tire.
