  Pilates in the Grove is just excellent. I had never attended a single Pilates class before I started coming here. I have definitely felt and seen the difference since I I started attending classes regularly. The individual instruction is very attentive and thorough, helping me understand how it all worked. And I ended up a fan of Taylor Galmarini's group classes, which I found to be excellent, balanced, and ever changing. But all of their instructors are very knowledgeable and there is a different flavor all levels. I totally recommend.
