  We had a wonderful two weeks in April 2017 and learned enough to aspire to good longevity. Staff was great, lectures were great, doctors were great, and we even thought the food was great (FYI, no salt, no meat). My wife wants to live there. The beauty of the program is that we can eat until we are FULL at every meal and still keep our weight down. We like to hike, so there is no problem maintaining the exercise part of the program. It does require a lifestyle change to aspire to longer life, but we are enjoying our lives even more after our lifestyle change ... and plan to return to the Pritikin Center this fall. Highly recommended.
