  My parents were given a quote on a job by Mr Sefa. We thought it was fair. Once we signed the contract and paid, everything changed. They baited them and then switched what was originally quoted.Mr Sefa said they had to pay otherwise the job could not be completed. Thus leaving them with an unfinished, messy job. This is unacceptable business in all ways. We will be contacting the BBB and making a complaint. Be aware, the owner is a con artist who preyed on my older parents
