  Being foolish I let the guys there talk me into buying their so called top of the line radio, that I honestly needed. Been driving around for a year without one. Sounded like a good deal, knocked $40 off the $185 tag for installing it myself. I install and have a minor issue with the audio on the phone on the radio. So i get online to start my troubleshooting. Radio pops up, for $83 dollars!!! And that's from crutchfield!! And we all know they're expensive. So I call and I spoke with a lady that tells me that the price jump is because they give you a year warranty, and they don't. Well guess what, when you open the box, THERE'S A YEAR WARRANTY FROM PIONEER STARING AT YOUR FACE !!! granted, it was my bad for jumping the gun. But come on, that's just plain old BULLSHIT. Never go there again, I was going to purchase my whole system there. Learned my lesson, cost me $70 to save God knows how much more in the long run. My advice, stick to online purchasing.
