  I give them one star because there is not a negative one star.First time i got my credit card on top of the mail box,opened with the information all wet.Second time the send my package back to Japan because the lady didn't found my address.Third time my check got lost and they have no answers where my checks are.Fourth time i went to cash a money order and they told me i have to wait until they have enough money in the drawers?Really?..at 2pm you have no money in your drawers for a $150 money order.Many people have complaints about this office about losing checks or valuables.I think they should issue and investigation because thats not normal...maybe one or two times I think its ok but so many people and for the same reason its a pattern.
  Also worst customer service.Those ladies have no idea what they doing or they dont want to do their job.I mean c'mon we are the ones putting food in their tables every time we do business .We deserve a better customer service.They need to replace this people with real employees.They dont even look at your face or eyes when talking to you,they dont give straight answer besides a " we dont know" .They are the ones behind those computer I mean if you dont know what about me then?..Wheres is my package? Where are my valuables?...They dont aven look like they even trying.Then they get mad when customers get mad at them...really?
