  Judging from the other reviews, I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with Vision Limited, particularly at this location. First off, just the physical appearance of the office is repulsive. It is not clean, not tidy, not well lit, and is in the middle of a not so clean shopping centre. I arrived early for my appointment, filled out the necessary paperwork and was still waiting 40+ minutes to be seen by the optometrist. The optician, or receptionist, not sure, did a couple things with my eyes in the lobby without any privacy. Once I went in to see the optometrist, I was still waiting. When she finally came in, the exam lasted no more than 5 minutes. She checked only my vision, no optic nerve, no macula, nothing. I would've been willing to overlook all that if I had even gotten my contact lenses but she refused to give me a prescription for them because she "never prescribed them" and they were "unsafe and not good for my eyes". At the time 2 other optometrists had prescribed them for me, now 3 because I went to see another one. I spent too long there and left with nothing and had to have my insurance re-authorise my exam. I would not recommend whatsoever, at least at the Kendall location. If you are really stuck on Vision Unlimited go to the Sunset location, if not, I recommend Dr. Alex Berenthal instead.
